Kim Mathews - Controller

As Controller for the East Division, Kim is responsible for the financial reporting systems of the East Division and coordination of property accounting systems.

Kim joined Midwest Management in 1998 as a Financial Supervisor.  Promotions throughout her career with Midwest include advancements to Financial Manager, Assistant Controller, and Controller. 

Kim holds her Real Estate License, Associates Degree in Accounting and will finalize her BBA in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University in 2008.
