Thomas McGhie – Vice President Acquisitions

Mr. McGhie as Vice President of Acquisitions for the Midwest Management is responsible for the purchasing and financing of multifamily housing for Midwest Management.

Mr. McGhie began his career at Midwest Management in 1977. He has held the positions of Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, Asset Manager and Vice President. Mr. McGhie has extensive experience in performing pre-purchase due diligence and new acquisition property management. His expertise includes the turn-around of troubled properties including conventional, subsidized, cooperative and tax credit communities.

Mr. McGhie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and holds a Michigan Real Estate Brokers License.
