Katherine E. Sinicropi, CPM – President

Ms. Sinicropi is the President of Unified Management Services.

Ms. Sinicropi joined Unified Management in 1997 as Director of Property Management with 19 years of property management experience. She was quickly promoted to Vice President of the Lansing division. Ms. Sinicropi’s experience covers commercial, conventional, tax credit, subsidized and cooperative properties. Her leadership skills and expertise are key to the success of the properties we manage.

Ms. Sinicropi holds a Michigan Real Estate Brokers license and is a CPM through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
