Jim Reuschlein, CPM – President

As President, Mr. Reuschlein is responsible for the divisional management operations for Midwest Management Company.

Mr. Reuschlein joined Midwest Management in 1981 as a maintenance technician. During his career with the company, he has held the positions of Vice President, Regional Property Manager, Property Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor. He is also active with the Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives and the National Association of Housing Cooperatives.

Mr. Reuschlein is a CPM through the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a Michigan Real Estate Associate Brokers License.
