John R. Morrissey, CPM – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Morrissey’s responsibilities as CEO include both the corporate and divisional management operations for Midwest Management Company.

Mr. Morrissey joined Midwest Management in 1974 as a Maintenance Supervisor.  Before his promotion to CEO, Mr. Morrissey also held the positions of Executive Vice President, Regional Property Manager and Property Manager.  He has a thorough housing management background comprised of experience in cooperatives, Section 8, Section 236, congregate care facilities and conventional programs.

Mr. Morrissey is a CPM through the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a Michigan Real Estate Brokers License.
