Denise Kotylo – Corporate Controller

As Corporate Controller, Ms. Kotylo is responsible for the financial reporting systems of Midwest Management ’s corporate divisions and the coordination of property financial systems.

Ms. Kotylo joined Midwest Management in 1984 as a Payroll/Bookkeeper. Promotions throughout her career with Midwest Management include advancements to Assistant Controller, Divisional Controller and Corporate Controller. Ms. Kotylo’s experience includes cash management, payroll, benefits, and internal corporate reporting and financial statements.
